Sure, at the beginning, we all go through this stage a little bit more greasy than graceful in the execution of our routine… But elegance is a form of art that needs work and commitment!
And between the power to command our body to contort itself a certain way and the sensation of this bar of steel between our hands… At the end of the class, we are only missing Wonder Woman’s outfit to fully express the hero that sleeps quietly inside of us!
2) Learning to know your body.
The same movement will be executed differently from one “femme fatale” to the other.
Yes. Our aptitudes along with our personalities are all unique and that’s what makes our strength!
Between the movements that our body refuses to execute, or coordination… Or lack there of, or those muscles in our body we didn’t even know existed, patiently waiting for us to pay attention to them, a light gives us the stage to enlighten parts of our body that are beautiful and that we didn’t care about before.
3) An all-in-one sport.
A quartering session doesn’t look that attractive to you ? Because between stretching and strengthening exercises, the force that we need to be able to tow our body up and down the pole… Pole Dancing is not for the low-ranking players!
We sweat, we tire ourselves out and the worst part?
We actually love it and can’t wait to go back and do more!
Because our heart topples over, we produce endorphins and we let go of our shyness!
4) A community beyond incredible.
Pole dancing is for all bodies, all sizes and all shapes.
Whichever our morphology, our goals or our desires, even the deepest ones, we all start at the same level. At the same stage.
We are all equals.
We all learn to hold on to the pole, trust ourselves and go for it.

We probably all have this fond memories of those sunny days after school at the park, climbing everywhere, going down the slide or rocking the swing up and down to go further and further up, trying to touch the sky with our tiny fingers.

Our child’s play are adapted to our adults’ desires and the exercises are pretty much the same.
